Jacob received a heart-transplant at 8 days old. He was born with a rare heart defect. Though his life was filled with dr. visits, medication and surgeries. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Always very full of energy. He loved jumping on his trampoline, playing football and basketball.He was our clown, always joking and witty no matter the circumstance, He could always make everyone laugh.He got heart disease and God called him home. He never even seemed ill. We miss you Son. My sweet punkin pie Man.
